Monthly Base Package

(14,000 HUF / month)

I visit the property twice a month to ensure your holiday home is always safe.

Once a month (during one of the visits):

• Comprehensive ventilation of the property

• Interior and exterior photos

  (paying special attention to critical areas).

• Running the water and flushing drains to prevent unpleasant odors.

Twice a month:

• Exterior inspection of the house, along with checking locks, windows, doors, and utilities.

• Clearing the mailbox and forwarding

important mail digitally

• Sweeping and tidying the courtyard walkway.

Additional included services:

• Waste management: Moving bins in and out on official collection days (when necessary).

• Utility meter reading coordination: Welcoming the electricity and water meter readers twice a year.

• Weather Guarantee: Free extraordinary inspection and photos after a storm or hail.

Extra visits:

• If there is a need to visit the property outside of the two regular monthly checks for any reason (special requests or additional inspections):

4,000 HUF per occasion.

Gardening, Maintenance & Extra Services (charged separately)

• Winterizing (property closure) and spring opening.

• Gardening work and lawn mowing.

• Finding and coordinating technicians, plus minor repairs and fixing things around the house –

feel free to call me for these as well!

• Other special requests (pre-arrival grocery shopping, key handover)

upon individual agreement.
